BEYOND REIKI…TOOLS FOR ENERGY WORKERS - Seven Sessions begins October 12, 2008

So you are an energy worker, or perhaps just a dabbler. You’ve realized just how powerful this work can be and now you are looking for more… 

These series of classes and workshops are designed to inspire, enhance, stretch your beliefs, and move you into using your gifts to their fullest capacity. 

Although it is not absolutely essential to attend every class, each session does build upon the previous in a very integrative way. Miracles occur through group dynamics and having the support of like-minded people enhances our growth and experience.

To make it more advantageous to attend all classes, there is a significant discount offered. Classes will be held monthly October 2007 to April 2008. These classes are not exclusive to Reiki students/practitioners; other energy work practitioners such as Therapeutic Touch, Barbara Brennan, etc. all will benefit from these practices.

These sessions are experiential, fun, informative, and healing, and will provide you with additional tools to use for yourself and with others. Classes will be held once a month on a Sunday from 9:30 to 4:30.

 Cost for Full Series Commitment:  $560 payable by Sept. 30  ($280 savings)

Two Payment Plan:    $285 due Sept. 30,   $285 due Nov. 30 ($270 savings)

Conscious Living/Conscious Dying - tbd

One of the main focus points of this class is learning about the true meaning of being "Compassionately Present" for ourselves and for another. What better gift can you give someone than to be at their side during their final moments of life, assisting them in experiencing a conscious transition.  It catapults you into thinking of death not as an end to life, but a “birthing” into a new way of being. This conscious “deathing”, like “birthing”, should be a celebratory experience, one suitable to the death moment’s seriousness and potential as we encourage its fullest expression.   Just as we prepare for childbirth, we should prepare for our death; our rebirth into a new way of being.

The information and techniques discussed in this class can be used as a means to positively modify difficulties brought on by your reaction to any part of the deathing process through negative thoughts, feelings or pain even in the event of an unexpected decline.

This workshop is designed to not only prepare ourselves for death, but to help assist others down the path of a conscious, joyful process, instead of a fearful, unconscious transition. Being able to ease someone’s final moments will give you peace of mind and spiritual comfort knowing you have helped them move on. Sacred Playshop - Personal Altars for Transformation - tbd

Come to Essential Wellness for a morning of Sacred Play and Healing.  In this Playshop you will learn to create your own Sacred Space for Healing, Transformation and Abundance.   We will focus on practical as well as spiritual ways to use your Altar in everyday life to assist in your own spiritual growth and healing.  

An Altar is a Sacred Space that we go to for prayer and meditation.  It is a place of centering our minds, hearts, and intentions. Altars can be inside or outside, permanent or portable, communal or private.  They can be elaborate or simple.  Your personal Altar will reflect YOU!  The person that you are now, and the person that you are dreaming into being.  

 A personal altar gives us a Sacred space of our own, a place of peace and sanctuary from the stormy outside world. When we create a specific space for our Spiritual practice, the daily practice of Spiritual renewal is enhanced and expanded.  

This playshop is for anyone who wishes to expand a current spiritual practice, or to begin a new one.   The framework for the day includes body/mind meditation, an overview of altars including, what elements make up an altar, how to choose objects and several techniques for clearing them energetically. We will explore selecting the best site for your altar both indoors and in nature.  You will learn how to use your altar actively for healing, forgiveness, abundance and for attracting what you want from the Universe.

Come and Manifest Transformation in a sacred playshop filled with information, experience, and fun!  Take home the tools you need to create Personal Sacred Space and to work with your own Altar to Alter your life for maximum Transformation.

Integral Yoga – Open Classes  (Pregnancy Yoga Classes also available - please call for schedule)

Integral Yoga will help you eliminate stress, fatigue and anxiety while increasing your flexibility, strength, and balance. You will be guided through gentle stretching postures, breathing and relaxation techniques to bring about health and well-being of your body functions. Class is held Wednesday mornings 10 a.m.

Instructor: Eleanora Sybesma (see El) $15 as a drop in or $13 a session prepaid by month, Open to all abilities, please bring mat or blanket.
